Ismarina has led teams for more than 12 years. She was financial controller for 9 years in Venturer, a British-owned timber specialist, and was involved in administering the financials of their Marina Bay Sands SkyPark project.
Ismarina later moved on to freelancing, providing accounting services to small businesses, before taking on the role of head of finance in Football Association of Singapore for about 3 years. She initiated their digital transformation project and was selected to represent the association for a compliance conference in FIFA, Zurich.
She is currently with Project Management Institute, an organisation head-quartered in Philadelphia, leading the business administration and finance function for their Asia Pacific region.
